EAP Assist provides confidential phone counselling to support your mental health and wellbeing, whether your concern is work related or personal. Counsellors are qualified, highly experienced and will not share any information with your employer without your prior written consent.

Book your session

Sessions are available by phone, 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. You can access up to three hours of counselling.

Speak with a qualified counsellor

The counsellor will confirm your name and employer at the start. Everything discussed remains completely confidential.
